About The Header Image
This group photograph of Elvira Tennessee (Perry) Stickney and some of her children and grandchildren was taken about mid-year 1916. Her youngest daughter, Clydine, positioned somewhat center front recently graduated Valedictorian of her high school class which may have prompted the family gathering, but also Elvira’s health may have been failing and speculate that her eldest daughter, Annie was there to take her mother back to Roswell, New Mexico to live with her and where Elvira died April 12, 1917.
